17D Cyber Capabilities Development Officer
Overview
A Cyber Capabilities Development Officer leads, plans, integrates, and executes capabilities development for cyberspace operations and electronic warfare across Army echelons. The officer designs, develops, and delivers software and hardware for cyberspace, Department of Defense Information Network, and electronic warfare missions, including protecting friendly systems and identifying adversary electromagnetic vulnerabilities.
