Overview

Armor senior sergeants serve as principal noncommissioned officers in armor companies, cavalry troops, or operations and intelligence staff sections, where they plan, coordinate, and supervise organization, training, combat operations, and combat intelligence activities. They supervise operations centers, analyze and disseminate intelligence, prepare tactical plans and orders, and coordinate operations, training programs, and communications activities.
