36A Financial Manager
Overview
A Financial Manager directs and coordinates financial management functions and advises the commander on budgeting, accounting, cost analysis, management practices, and financial personnel and units. The officer examines and certifies payrolls, accounts, vouchers, and claims, audits finance and accounting systems, prepares financial reports, and executes programs and budgets.
