40D Space Operations Specialist
Overview
Space Operations Specialists deliver space and strategic missile defense capabilities and effects to warfighters at all levels. They emplace, operate, and maintain space operations and missile defense systems, keep them connected to joint data networks, execute offensive and defensive operations, train units to operate in denied, degraded, and disrupted space environments, and advise commanders and staffs through the Military Decision-Making Process on integrating space and missile defense capabilities.
Minimum clearance: TS/SCI
