MOS 420T is an accession MOS. The enlisted feeder MOS is any MOS. All enlisted MOS to include other military services who can substantiate their qualifications with performance evaluations, awards, and certifications in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Data Analytics, Information Management, Public Relations, or Marketing as assessed through the accession process meets current requirements.
