Test and Evaluation

Description

Plan, designs and documents experiments, test and evaluations to provide data to address specific issues under conditions ranging from highly controlled scientific experiments conducted in the laboratory to free play exercises in an operational environment. Coordinates and schedules all resources for the test and evaluation to include budgets, instrumentation, data collection, test personnel, equipment, communications and logistical support. Conducts and controls test, evaluates test data, integrates test results of the evaluation and provides recommendations in terms of both the suitability and effectiveness of articles under test against established requirements.
