Overview
A pediatric dentist examines, diagnoses, and treats or prescribes treatment for diseases, abnormalities, injuries, and defects of the teeth and supporting structures in children from birth through adolescence. The dentist also treats patients of any age who have mental, physical, or emotional handicaps.

What the Work Involves
- Use masks, gloves, and safety glasses to protect patients and self from infectious diseases.
