66B Army Public Health Nurse
Overview
Army Public Health Nurses conduct community assessments and plan, implement, and evaluate programs that promote, protect, and restore the health of service members, their families, and other affiliated military groups. They support transitions from hospital to home care, disseminate health information through liaison with public health officials, schools, and public affairs offices, and participate in health threat assessments and disaster or humanitarian preparedness and response.
