Overview
Veterinary food inspection specialists inspect or supervise the inspection of meat, poultry, water foods, eggs, dairy products, operational rations, fruits, and vegetables. They conduct inspections at depots, supply points, and military installations to help ensure a safe, high-quality food supply for DOD personnel in all environments.
