Overview
A Master Resilience Trainer-Facilitator assists the trainer by managing breakout classroom timing, capturing student learning points, and generating discussions about the 12 resilience skills. The facilitator may guide resilience programs at higher echelons but does not conduct courses that certify Master Resilience Trainers or award the associated skill identifier.
