Notes & Sources
- K7 (Avenger Master Gunner) is an Army Additional Skill Identifier (proponent: U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery School), effective 2025-10, not a standalone military occupation.
- Authority scope: "Identifies positions requiring Soldiers qualified in conducting gunnery training and maintenance program on the Avenger weapon system." Award requirement: "Soldiers qualified in MOS 14P must successfully complete the Avenger Master Gunner Course, Ft Sill, OK." Restrictions: "For use with MOS 14P only." The identifier alone does not establish a civilian occupation; occupation-specific skills and career guidance depend on the holder's primary MOS and actual duties.
