A Holistic Health and Fitness Integrator trains selected personnel in all aspects of the Army Physical Readiness Training System. This specialist advises the unit on physical readiness issues and monitors unit and individual physical readiness programs.

What the Work Involves

  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
  • Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Monitor participants' progress and adapt programs as needed.
  • Evaluate individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and develop suitable training programs to meet any special requirements.
