Description
Identifies personnel qualified as a Basic Special Victims Investigator. Personnel with the Basic Special Victims Investigator ASI are qualified to successfully investigate sexual assaults and be certified as a member of the Special Victim Capabilities Team, as required by Section 573 of the Fiscal Year 2013 National Defense Authorization Act.
