Army ASI T8 Civil Operations Specialist is part of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) proponent; to hold ASI T8, a Soldier must be a graduate of the NGB Civil Operations Specialist Course, conducted under the auspices of the National Guard Bureau J3 Counter-drug Mobile Training Team; for use with any MOS.
