Permanent Commission Teaching Staff Subspecialty Officers are models of academic, leadership, and professional excellence. Permanent Commission Teaching Staff Subspecialty Officers also support cadet training and activities outside the classroom. The military continuity provided by this group complements the civilian and rotating military components of the faculty.
