Reserve Program Administrators Specialty Officers organize, administer, recruit, instruct, or train the reserve component as a part of the Reserve Component Management (RCM). The Reserve Program Administrators specialty is in accordance with 10 U.S.C. §12310 and Coast Guard policies such as Reserve Force Readiness System (RFRS) Staff Element Responsibilities.
