Fighter avionics lineage: F-16 Avionic Systems shreds (1996) became F-16, F-117, RQ-1, CV-22 Avionic Systems (October 2000), retitled Integrated Avionics Systems (Attack/Special) around 2007 with shreds A (F-22, F-35) and B (CV-22, F-16, MQ-1, MQ-9, RQ-4). The specialty ended December 2011 when the January 2012 avionics restructure split fighter avionics into Fighter Aircraft Integrated Avionics (2A3X4, legacy fourth-generation platforms) and Advanced Fighter Aircraft Integrated Avionics (2A3X5, F-22/F-35/remotely piloted aircraft). Sibling 2A3X1 (A-10, F-15, and U-2 Avionics Systems) retired the same month into 2A3X4. Added 2026-08-26 after a visitor requested 2A372, the craftsman form.
