Maryland National Guard vacancy 24-037a, opened 28 February 2024, explicitly identifies 2R2X1 Maintenance Management as previously 2R1X1 and 2R0X1 and references the 31 October 2023 AFECD. DMDC records the old 2R1X1 journeyman/craftsman entries ending in October 2023, but helper/apprentice entries continue through April 2024. New 2R2X1 skill levels begin in those respective months. No single family-wide personnel conversion day is established by these sources. The October 2003 start is a crosswalk validity month, not a demonstrated creation date for the entire specialty.
