Outside Wire and Antenna Maintenance and Repair
Airmen in the 361X0 family installed and maintained outside wire, cable systems, antennas, and antenna supports. The 1978 Air Force survey identifies 36150 as its five-skill-level AFSC. The ACE guide lists 3AZR36150-1 as Outside Plant Installation and Maintenance at Sheppard AFB. This is a training-course number, not an AFSC. Searching the shortened course number 3AZR36150 finds this related specialty family, but a course entry alone does not establish an awarded AFSC. The course exhibit dates are not specialty activation or retirement dates. The 1996 Air Force survey links 361X0 to 2E6X1 without stating an effective conversion date.
