Petroleum Supply
The explicit move and new AFS designation establish code direction; the separate title change and later duties transfer are not additional lineage events. Verified source wording: “In September 1964, the Fuels career field, 63XXX, was created and the Petroleum Supply ladder was moved to this new career field and retitled Fuel Specialist, AFS 631X0. Primary functions were essentially the same as before.”
