Across the appendix, ordinary key-punch operator positions convert to 4272; printed p. 29 line 26 instead maps a Key punch supervisor position from 0272 to 3400, while line 31 maps a Key punch operator to 4272. Preserved as one position-dependent split in first-source order. The supervisor-to-3400 cell is clear but is a source-visible anomaly relative to the occupational title pattern; it is transcribed, not corrected. Successors are numeric MOS codes; the predecessor remains in the SSN namespace.
