Operator, construction equipment
The instrument prints no field-wide rescinded-code list; only its explicit appendix T/O&E position conversions are asserted here. Construction-equipment-operator positions convert to pioneer MOS 5729. The 4 position-level source assertion(s) are collapsed into this one canonical predecessor event, preserving first-source successor order. Personnel MOS conversion is effective 1 February 1950; the appendix's T/O&E position amendments took effect 7 November 1949. The predecessor remains in the SSN namespace; successors are numeric MOS codes.
