Paragraph 4 rescinds 0400. The appendix makes disposition position-dependent: machine-supervisory positions convert to 1400; chief-of-operations and analyst-supervisory positions convert to 1402; machine-operator, specialist, and machine-records analyst positions convert to 3400. Preserved as one split row with the operator-directed successor order 1400, 1402, 3400 rather than hundreds of repeated position records. Successors are numeric MOS codes; the predecessor remains in the SSN namespace.
