Data Systems Administrator

1 October 2026 is the scheduled date for the active-component Marine Corps Total Force System batch change, not a deadline for completing retraining.

  • Reserve retraining, where required, is subject to available funds for Prior Service MOS Retraining Program, Active Reserve and Selected Marine Corps Reserve Marines. For Individual Mobilization Augmentees, Individual Ready Reservists and Standby Reservists, service-record entries instead rely on the DC M&RA (MM) conversion action shown on the unit's Diary Feedback Report with an origin of "HQ".
  • Formal schools and training detachments continue awarding current MOSs until a MARADMIN directs implementation.
Source extraction notes

New title: Systems and Infrastructure Administrator. NAVMC 1200.1M (FY27) paragraph 4001.1b schedules the active-duty-component MCTFS batch for 2026-10-01. Paragraph 4001.5 separately addresses Reserve retraining, subject to available funds for the specified groups, and records for Individual Mobilization Augmentees, Individual Ready Reservists and Standby Reservists. Paragraph 4002.3 keeps formal-school MOS awards unchanged until MARADMIN implementation direction. The scheduled batch date is not proof of an individual's qualification, retraining or record-update completion.
