The deletion belongs to the 2006 manual transition, but no specific effective date is given for MOS 6431. The manual was effective May 15, 2006, while personnel implementation was explicitly deferred. July 20, 2006, is the announcement's publication date, not an established deletion date.
- The record does not establish when Marines holding MOS 6431 had their personnel classifications changed.
Source extraction notes
The cited source prints the MOS code but not its occupational title; no title was inferred. Enlisted MOS explicitly listed as deleted with no named successor. Do not infer a replacement. The manual is effective 2006-05-15, but personnel/HRDP implementation is explicitly deferred, so effective_to is null. No row-specific effective date is printed; year-only precision reflects the 2006 manual transition.
