Overview
A Machine Gunner tactically employs light, medium, and heavy machine guns and their support vehicles. Machine Gunners provide direct fire for infantry rifle units, and noncommissioned officers lead teams, squads, or sections.

What the Work Involves
- Inspect conditions of locks, window bars, grills, doors, and gates at correctional facilities to ensure security and help prevent escapes.
