Overview
An infantry unit leader assists the commander with planning, training, deployment, and employment of infantry weapons systems and unit combat power. They supervise personnel and equipment assignments and coordinate command and control operations, including the integration and synchronization of warfighting functions.

What the Work Involves
- Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
