Overview
The Operations Chief assists commanders with planning, training, deployment, and employment of Marine Air Ground Task Force capabilities while integrating and synchronizing warfighting functions. This specialist coordinates personnel and equipment assignments, records readiness and training evaluations, develops concepts for emerging technologies, establishes operations posts, and supports unit command and control.
