Overview
Electromagnetic Spectrum Maneuver Chiefs plan and coordinate spectrum operations, manage frequencies and spectrum databases, coordinate host-nation approval, and resolve electromagnetic interference. They support technical signature management and integrate communications-electronics operating instructions and restricted-frequency lists into spectrum plans.
