Overview
A Field Artillery Operations Chief supports field artillery and mortar fire direction centers, operations and training sections, sensor sections, and survey sections. This Marine maintains maps, journals, and survey records, prepares orders and reports, supports meteorological stations and target acquisition radar, and trains personnel in radar, meteorological, survey, acoustic, and fire direction procedures.
