Overview
A Civil Affairs Specialist integrates, plans, and conducts civil affairs and civil military operations in combat and noncombat environments to support Marine air ground task force operations. This reserve component specialist conducts targeted civil reconnaissance and civil engagements to inform, influence, shape, and gain access to the cognitive civil environment.
