3302 Food Service Officer
Overview
A food service officer supervises the commander's food service and subsistence program, coordinates messing support, and advises commanders on the employment of food service personnel and equipment. The officer plans and oversees feeding operations, manages appropriated funds, inspects mess halls, coordinates safe food sourcing, and supports prepositioning, facility, menu, nutrition, and equipment requirements.
