Description
The Career Counselor serves as the commander's primary advisor for enlisted retention matters and is crucial in guiding and assisting enlisted personnel in their career development across Marine Corps enlisted components. The Career Counselor must be thoroughly knowledgeable of the reenlistment process, to include prospecting, reenlistment ceremonies, career information programs, and associated policies. They further provide valuable guidance and support to service members. This MOS will be assigned and voided only by the authority of the CMC (MM).
