Description
<strong>General Practice Medical Officers</strong> perform routine medical duties of general practitioner. Maintain medical welfare of personnel within command. Diagnose and treat patients suffering from diseases and disorders. Conduct routine medical examinations. Examine personnel for organic and functional diseases and abnormalities using standard tests and procedures. Supervise technical personnel in conducting routine laboratory procedures and tests. Conduct routine medical inspections of unit. Train enlisted personnel in first aid and sanitation, and establish first aid stations for emergency treatment.
