Description
CEC officers are professional engineers and architects, acquisitions specialists and Seabee Combat Warfare Officers. They are responsible for executing and managing the planning, design, acquisition, construction, operation, and maintenance of the Navy's shore facilities. CEC ranks range from CWO2 to VADM (N4 of the U.S. Navy). Civil Engineer Corps (CEC) officers seeking reimbursement for credentials required by the CEC Community, Professional Engineer or Registered Architect, should refer to NAVFACINST 12400.1B for guidance. Continue with NAVY COOL if you are voluntarily seeking a secondary credential.
