Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) Level IV

Description
Responsible for informing, evaluating, and assessing integrated Information Warfare (IW) doctrine, planning, tactics, and operations. Demonstrate advanced instructional techniques; develop, implement, and evaluate curricula, and instruct for the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) WTI training development cycle. Direct teaching or learning activities during advanced and integrated training events throughout the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP). Deliver blocks of instructions (B01) for Warfighting Development Centers (WDC) WTI programs, enriching and developing their skills supporting the accomplishment of the Navy's mission. Collaborate with WDCs for the synchronization of operations and incorporation of emergent technology during Fleet training and Fleet experimentation events. Develop and validate tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), integrating IW capabilities into all warfare areas. Develop best practices and TTPs for publication into naval doctrine and provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and operational support to the Fleet.
