Description

Serve as qualified personnel to carry out pay and personnel authorities onboard indicating the Sailor has been qualified to submit pay transactions for their Unit Identification Code directly to their local Transaction Service Center (TSC)/Regional Support Center (RSC) auditors for review and release, in accordance with the authorities granted by the CPPA Certifying Officer Qualification Card Program outlined in NPPSC OPS ALERT 002-23.
