Description
Recruits individuals into U.S. Navy and Reserve enlisted programs. Possesses expertise in all recruiting techniques (e.g. Navy recruiting sales methodology; and talent scouting, assessing, and onboarding disciplines). Possesses thorough knowledge of recruiting policies, directives and guidance as well as an in-depth knowledge of all Navy enlisted programs. Communicates and relates effectively with customers, strategic partners, groups and the community.
