A Command Climate Specialist advises commanders and staffs on Military Equal Opportunity issues and policies. The specialist provides briefings, facilitates seminars and workshops, conducts the MEO portion of inspections, trains Command Managed Equal Opportunity Managers, and participates in MEO meetings and conferences.
