Overview
A Certified Navy Coach Level 2 provides coaching services to Navy personnel and facilitates MyNavy Coaching workshops. The coach assesses command readiness, implements and sustains coaching initiatives, and coordinates with COMNAVPERSCOM leaders on peer-to-peer coaching and other Navy-wide projects.
