Description

Delivers coaching services to Navy personnel to enhance warfighter readiness and effectiveness. Facilitates MyNavy Coaching workshops to develop resilient, adaptable leaders capable of thriving in high stakes environments. Assesses command readiness for oaching integration, ensuring units are prepared to sustain a coaching culture that strengthens operational performance. Implements and maintains command-level coaching initiatives that directly support mission success. Coordinates with Commander, Navy Personnel Command (COMNAVPERSCOM) MyNavy Coaching leaders to advance key coaching programs, including peer-to-peer coaching and other Navy-wide initiatives designed to enhance leadership, decision-making, and overall Fleet readiness.
