Manages Navy Reseve Activity (NRA) pay and personnel systems, in accordance with Navy Reserve policy for assigned Selected Reserve (SELRES) Sailors to include reserve pay, electronic service record, benefits, enlistment programs, gains, losses, contract administration, manpower, mobilizations, command assessments and audits.
