Description
Provides technical and administrative assistance to support the mission and functions of the assigned Navy Reserve Activity (NRA), Navy Reserve Center (NRC) and Reserve Commands. Manages reserve technology programs, Information Technology Architecture, Navy Reserve Networks, Key Management Infrastructure, Information Technology Assets, Message Traffic, Information Security and Administration Requirements. ACTRs perform functions at the journeyman level without IT oversight.
