Description
Process and approve Active Duty for Training (ADT), Annual Training (AT), Inactive Duty Training Travel (IDTT), and associated travel orders in the Navy Reserve Order Writing System (NROWS) and Defense Travel System (DTS) for Selected Reserve (SELRES) and Inactive Ready Reserve (IRR) Sailors at Navy installation ashore and commands afloat under the supervision of the Order Writing Authority.
