Overview
A Command Fitness Leader conducts a safe and effective Physical Readiness Program both afloat and ashore. The leader manages physical training and fitness enhancement programming, administers official physical fitness assessments, and handles nutrition, weight management, records, medical waivers, and other program policies and administration.

What the Work Involves
- Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement.
