Overview
An intermediate public affairs specialist performs public affairs duties and advises local commanders on public affairs matters. The specialist develops command themes, messages, talking points, and senior leader quotes, prepares subject matter experts for engagements, analyzes their performance, and applies communication planning and evaluation methods.
