Description
Performs intermediate level Public Affairs duties and provides local commanders with public affairs guidance. Proficient in the knowledge and skills required to develop command themes, messages and talking points and how to draft quotes for senior leaders. Prepares subject matter experts (SME) for engagements and provides post-engagement analysis on the SMEs performance. Applies policy, research, planning, implementation, and evaluation methods to solve communication problems.
