Overview

A blaster manages qualification certification, examines geologic formations, and determines bore locations for explosives used in site clearing, excavation, and quarry operations. The blaster transfers, places, and detonates explosives, evaluates and records detonations, and oversees the storage and accounting of blasting materials.
