CMDCM Command Master Chief
Overview
A Command Master Chief reports directly to the commander and advises on policies affecting enlisted personnel, including morale, welfare, discipline, utilization, job satisfaction, and training. This senior enlisted leader represents enlisted perspectives at meetings and coordinates or monitors command programs involving professional development, retention, awards, families, readiness, equal opportunity, and discipline.

What the Work Involves
