Radiation Health Technician
A Navy Enlisted Classification: a skill designation sailors hold in addition to their rating.
Description
Performs duties of radiation monitoring, radiation surveys, gas and liquid analyses with knowledge of the medical aspects relating to personnel exposed to ionizing radiation. Directs and administers the personnel dosimetry program. Maintains radiation exposure records as part of the health records and generates radiation reports.
