Description
Oversees the daily preparation/computation of sunrise, sunset, moonrise, moonset, preparation of Commanding Officers Night Orders input; the procurement and maintenance of all required hydrographic data, navigational charts and publications, interference advisories and other applicable operational information such as weekly opskeds. Reviews all navigational logs and reports for completeness, neatness and accuracy, addressing errors or omissions. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for all TYCOM/ISIC Navigation Inspections, all course curriculum updates and applications in a schoolhouse environment.
